Delivery

We prepare orders with care before they leave our facility. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

United States delivery

Standard delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods, or an incomplete address.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to display its first carrier scan.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing and are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Delayed, missing, or damaged packages

If tracking has not updated for several business days, or a package arrives damaged, contact us at support@awarenessclothing.shop with your order number and relevant photos. We will review the available carrier information and explain the next step.

International availability

International delivery is available only when a destination and shipping option are offered at checkout. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import charges are shown or collected according to the checkout and carrier terms.
