Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow your shipment. If you checked out with a customer account, you can also review your order history and available status information from your account.

Tracking not updated

A carrier may need up to 48 hours after dispatch to display its first scan. If tracking remains unchanged for several business days, email support@awarenessclothing.shop with your order number.

Delivered but not received

Check the delivery location, household members, building staff, and any carrier delivery note. If the package still cannot be found, contact us promptly so we can review the carrier information. This page does not generate or alter carrier tracking results.
